Yes! We have providers who are fluent in Spanish if that’s your preferred language.

Psychological and psychoeducational testing can be a stand-alone service or a prelude to therapy. Our practice performs Personality Testing, Gifted Testing (IQ), Neurodevelopmental Evaluations, and Learning Disability Scans to help children, adolescents, and adults better understand the root causes of disordered behavior.

Individual psychotherapy helps people experiencing emotional distress identify and cope with mental health conditions. This approach is centered on an individual’s clinical needs and personality characteristics. Couples counseling is also available with our Mental Health Counselor Lisset Morales.

During weekends at our Coral Gables location, we offer mindful meditation classes in individual and small group settings. Classes are in both English and Spanish and are focused on promoting human connection, finding inner joy, improving focus, minimizing anxiety, and increasing happiness.

Regardless of your service or location, the first three sessions are always in person. From there, depending on the patient’s condition and clinical judgment, telehealth options are available through video conferencing on a HIPAA-compliant platform.

We strive to make payment and billing as seamless as possible. All forms of payment are accepted (cash, check, and credit card), and we’re happy to walk you through your anticipated costs on the phone.
Psychotherapy service fees are charged per appointment, and psychological testing fees vary depending on the test and are usually distributed between two separate payments.Please know that all fees must be paid before feedback sessions, which are scheduled to receive results and recommendations. This policy is enforced without exceptions. If your insurance does not cover part of a psychological evaluation, you will be financially responsible for the cost that was not covered. Be aware that insurances vary by plan and some plans may have different coverage benefits.

Required Billing Information:
To process claims, request authorizations, and verify benefits, we’ll need:Patient information and date of birth
Subscriber information and date of birth (if different from patient)
Insurance ID (or group number depending on the insurance carrier)
Insurance phone number on the back of the card
Private Pay vs. Insured Care:
If you don’t see your insurance listed above, call our office and we’ll check to see if you have out-of-network coverage. If you do, we’ll provide a monthly invoice you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The amount covered varies depending on your coverage, but we’ll always be on-hand to navigate this information. Either way, we are happy to work with both insured clients and patients seeking out-of-network services.
